If you are a new customer we would like you to give us as much information as possible in one of the forms you will find on the left of this page. If you fill in all the relevant information about your problem we will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
Most of the times we can come up with a solution for you problem. If you make a down payment of half the estimated costs, our technicians will start working on your server. When we have fixed the problem and when, and only when, you're satisfied with the results, you will pay us the second half. The fasted way to pay us is through our Paypal account but other options, though not as fast, are available too.
