Prism Open Source uses the standard “NLdigital Terms”. The NLdigital Terms have been deposited by NLdigital at the District Court Midden-Nederland, location Utrecht. In the event of disputes concerning the interpretation of the English version of the NLdigital Terms, the Dutch text takes precedence. You can download a copy below.
